How do I cancel my subscription?
On Android, open the Google Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Roomcraft → Cancel. On desktop, open Account → Manage subscription in the app.
Room scanning or AR doesn't start
Scanning and "See it in my room" need an Android phone that supports Google Play Services for AR, with the camera permission allowed. Make sure the room is well lit and move the phone slowly.
Where are my rooms?
Rooms made without an account stay on that device. Sign in to save rooms to your account and open them on your other devices.
