Delete your Roomcraft account

Roomcraft by Kashaf Labs

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open Roomcraft and tap your account icon (the round button with your initial, top right) to open Account.
  2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

This deletes your account immediately, together with your saved rooms, uploaded scans and usage records.

By email

If you can't access the app, email support@kashaflabs.com from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm within 30 days.

What's deleted and what's kept

  • Deleted: your email address and sign-in, saved rooms, 3D scans and AI credit history.
  • Kept: records of purchases that Google Play, Stripe or RevenueCat must keep for tax and accounting, and backups that are erased automatically within 30 days.
Subscriptions: deleting your account doesn't cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
